Check-In Instructions

  • Coaches or Team Representatives MUST sign in on Friday evening prior to the tournament.

  • Time: 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

  • Maximum Number Of Players: 18.

  • Guest Players: 3 Guest Players Allowed.

  • Roster Size: Max. roster size with guest players is:

    U10 SSG - 7v7 play. Max 10 players roster.

    U12 SSG - 9v9 play. Max 13 players roster.

    U11 & above- 11v11 play. Max 18. players roster.

At check in you will need the following credentials. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to these requirements:

AYSO Teams

·         An official roster signed by the Regional Commissioner of your region. Bring a copy for us to keep.

·         Medical release form for each player, signed by a parent or guardian.

·         Valid AYSO Player ID Card with photo and Regional Commissioner signature for each player.

 

USYSA Teams (includes GBYSL, CYSA)

·         Copy of your official roster (goldenrod form)

·         Medical Release form signed by a parent or guardian for each player.

·         Valid Player Pass with photo for each player

·         Birth Certificate (copy) for each player

·         Travel papers for teams traveling outside of Nevada

If you are using guest players you will need a player loan form for each guest player along with their player pass, birth certificate and medical release form.

 

US Club Teams

·         Copy of the official US Club Roster

·         Medical Release form for each player

·         Birth Certificate for each player

·         Valid Player pass for each player

If you are using guest players you will need a player loan form signed by both coaches, medical release form, player pass & birth certificate.

 

Guest players must be from the same organization the team is registered with. IE: AYSO may only use AYSO players, USYS may only use USYS players ECT.

 

Tee Shirts, once again the tournament will provide tee shirts to all players and (2) coaches. We will follow the same format we used last year. This year the vendor has agreed to have premade tee shirts available to everyone that does not want to upgrade. This should keep the lines short and greatly reduce the amount of time it takes to collect your tee shirt.

 

Lapel pins are still available. You can print the form from our website and bring it to check-in with you. They will also be for sale during the weekend. There is a limited supply so don’t wait.
